• Welcome! I am Janice, a mother of three adult children who is  now loving the journey as a VBAC trained, Certified Birth Doula. Whether you are planning a home, birthing centre, or a hospital birth, and are receiving care from a Midwife or a Doctor, support from a Doula can be a valuable part of your experience, regardless of setting.

• I provide continual non-medical physical and emotional support during your entire labour and delivery, which can alleviate the pressure from a partner or other family member from having to do it all. For those of you who will be on your own during labour, I've got your back. ​I draw on evidence based information and research, and offer trusted resources, as required or requested.

• Your birth experience matters! My goal is to work in partnership with you, creating your Birth Plan & Wishes, and, knowing that birth can be unpredictable, doing all I can to ensure that you have the best experience possible.​​​
